Precision loading of sintered mechanical parts for subsequent operations was requested. Parts may or may not be stacked, and the system must collect them autonomously from multiple feeder belts.
A SCARA robot guided by three 2.5D vision systems enables individual or stacked parts to be collected. A fourth vision system accurately measures the position of the part after it has been collected to compensate for any error, ensuring high-precision orientation.
